Swan Lake West is located at the north end of Vernon and is only a 10-minute drive to the city centre. Old Kamloops Road connects this area to Vernon centre and some properties along this road are waterfront. Housing options include both smaller and larger acreages, single-family homes in established neighbourhoods, and some homes are even perched on the hillside that overlooks beautiful Swan Lake.

Outdoor enthusiasts can do some bird watching while enjoying an easy hike around the Swan Lake Nature Reserve. These protected wetlands are home to an abundance of different species of birds, and this quiet lake is ideal for rowing in the summer and ice fishing in the winter. Swan Lake West is also conveniently located just minutes from the Historic O’Keefe Ranch.
